She studied theater and acting at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, added dance to her skill sets through her studies at Joel Hall Dance Studio, as well as intensive training at the renowned Improv Olympics (iO) in Chicago. After moving to AZ in 2005 she then became a part of the improv troupes 'The Originals,' 'Ladies of Laughter,' and most recently, 'The Early Birds' Sketch Troupe. Over the past 6 years Rebecca completed local training in Film Acting with Randy Messersmith, and The Meisner Technique taught by Kevin Phipps. Her professional repertoire includes traditional roles such as Titania in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Sr. Robert Anne in Meshuggah-Nuns, Rosalia in West Side Story, Peggy in Godspell, Dawn/Waitress in All in the Timing, and extends to original comedic parody roles within multiple Interactive Dinner Theaters such as The Dinner Detective, Murder and Meal, Mystery Mansion, and Silverstar Playhouse. She also began to explore the LA film industry 2019, appearing in episodes of 'The Rookie',  'Black Monday,' and recently played a supporting role in 'Forgiven', starring Dean Cain.  Rebecca's passion for performance has extended out to teaching and directing over the past 9 years. She was the Director of Theater for Experience Arts School Ministries for 4 years, and expanded the program to include Film Acting. She then pioneered art and drama programs at Lumos Arts Academy private school for two years, and transitioned to taking private students through TakeLessons.com as well as pioneering the Phoenix branch of JCFilms as a lead Instructor. Collectively, she has developed curriculum for and taught a number of classes, as listed below.  Rebecca has directed many musicals, plays, and short films through these ventures, and has additionally written, produced, and directed music videos through she and her husband's production company Soundwaves in Gilbert. She is currently teaching private students and directing shows and classes at MoezArt Productions and Actor's Youth Theater. See various resumes listed below.
