The Sanford Meisner Approach is an advanced training technique for actors that need to develop a better sense of presence. Sandy believed that what actors need most is to be able to listen and learn to be in the moment. This ability gets convoluted once text and analysis are brought into the picture. The four-level Meisner program blends the two in an environment where instinct is emphasized, and actors are taught how to break down the walls of the mind to effectively integrate the ‘being.’ Only 8 max to a class.
